POLARIS DISTRICT MISSION:

"Working Together To Deliver The Promise of Scouting"

The Polaris District serves the following school districts:

  • Klein
  • Spring
  • Tomball
  • Magnolia

In 2006, Polaris is serving more than 4,800 youth with the help of almost 2,000 adult volunteers, through 159 Units (Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, Varsity Teams, and Venturing Crews)

2,086 Cub Scouts earned a rank; 241 earned the Arrow of Light in 2005.

2,228 Merit badges were earned by Boy Scouts, and 699 Scouts attended a week of Summer Camp in 2005.

97 Boy Scouts earned the Eagle Scout rank in 2005.

Polaris has the council's largest Cub Scout Pushmobile (1300 Cub Scout Participants), supported by the local car dealerships, held at Spring High School.

Polaris Scouts sold $303,282 of popcorn and more than $81,000 of Scout Fair Tickets.
