MEMBERSHIP
The theme of the national Cub Scouting membership growth program for 2004-05 is “Cub Scouting: Fun at Every Turn!” We want to reach out to every potential Cub Scout-age boy and his family with a personal invitation to join our program, where they will learn good values and have fun with friends.
Each pack will want to emphasize year-round growth. We can recruit new Cub Scout any time of the year – not just in the fall at School Night!

The peer-to-peer approach is the ideal method of invitation to Cub Scouting. When our Cub Scout are being provided with a quality program, they become our best ambassadors of the program! Make all your Scouting events an opportunity for boys to bring a friend to join in the fun.

WEBELOS-TO-SCOUT TRANSITION 
Every Webelos den leader should set a goal for each of their Webelos Scouts to graduate into a Boy Scout troop. A seamless transition requires the cooperation of many people and is a cooperative effort between the pack and the troop.
