Arrowman Bash is a weekend event held each spring, that allows Arrowmen to recommit themselves to the principles of our order: brotherhood, cheerfulness and service. Saturday morning focuses on service to camp, while Saturday afternoon and evening are filled with awesome food, exciting activities, and lots of fellowship opportunities (e.g., games, competitions, Pow Wow). Ordeal: Boy Scouts who were elected into the Order of the Arrow (OA) by their troop must complete an Ordeal within one year, in order to become a member of Colonneh Lodge.

Trainer's EDGE is BSA's trainer development course designed to help Scouters put into practice the EDGE training model and gain self-confidence through hands-on training experiences.  Trainer's EDGE brings to life the EDGE model taught in Troop Leadership Training, Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster Specific Training, National Youth Leadership Training, and Wood Badge.

OA Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) and Election Team Training (Order of the Arrow) Cockrell Scout Center (2225 North Loop West, Houston, 77008)

The Order of the Arrow Lodge Executive Committee meets several times a years to facilitate the business matters of Colonneh Lodge. All lodge officers and chapter chiefs (or designee) and their advisers are required to attend the LEC; however, all Arrowmen are welcome to attend this important planning and business meeting.  Arrowmen who wish to help conduct unit elections should attend the Election Team training beginning at 4:00 pm.

The Order of the Arrow (OA) Troop/Team Representative Summit is a training experience for OA troop/team representatives and their advisers. The summit focuses on building leadership skills, providing service to the troop and working with the OA troop/team representative adviser.

At the popcorn kickoff, unit leaders will receive, sales materials, training, and leader tools. Every unit should send at least one leader.  Selling gourmet popcorn is a wonderful opportunity for units to earn funds to support their entire year of Scouting.
