Webelos Coyote Trail Xtreme is a specialty Adventure Camp weekend for 4th and 5th grade Webelos at Bovay Scout Ranch. Webelos are introduced to the patrol method giving them a unique experience into the importance of team work and an introduction to Boy Scouts. Webelos will have an opportunity to shoot BB guns, learn archery, ride BMX bikes, explore the Lost Mine, and have some free time.

Council First Aid Meet

The Council First Aid Meet is an event that challenges Scouts abilities to perform first aid in simulated real-life situations. patrols compete in practical first aid problems, displaying hands-on skills from the Scout Handbook, First Aid Merit Badge pamphlet and current American Red Cross guidelines. The top three winning patrols at each district’s First Aid Meet are eligible to compete in the Council First Aid Meet.

Adventure Camp is an overnight, full program camp for all family members at Bovay Scout Ranch. Tigers, Wolves, Bears and Webelos and their families will enjoy an exciting variety of activities at several program areas and food service in the camp’s air conditioned dining hall.

The Order of the Arrow Lodge Executive Committee meets several times a years to facilitate the business matters of Colonneh Lodge. All lodge officers and chapter chiefs (or designee) and their advisers are required to attend the LEC; however, all Arrowmen are welcome to attend this important planning and business meeting.

Wood Badge is a six-day advanced training program which gives participants a greater understanding of Scouting aims and methods, while developing true Scout Spirit. It is anticipated that all people who complete Wood Badge training will continue to work actively in the Scouting program to further the aims and methods of Scouting.
